Thank you for choosing Helura as your partner in wellbeing. We know your emotional and mental wellness is important, and we take your trust in us seriously. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you in return. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.
If you are in a medical or mental health crisis, do not use this App. Call emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country.
If you are located in the United Kingdom and you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact Samaritans at 116 123. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 999 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not attempt to access emergency care through this App.
1. Scope of Services
Helura provides wellbeing-focused digital content and self-care tools such as:
Guided meditation and relaxation sessions
Self-reflection exercises and journaling
Mood tracking tools
Audio and video content addressing sleep, stress, motivation, and other areas of emotional wellness
Important: These services are not a replacement for clinical advice, therapy, or any healthcare service. Helura is a self-guided tool for lifestyle and wellness, not a clinical product.
2. No Emergency or Clinical Use
The services offered through Helura are not intended for use in emergencies or as a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis or in need of medical assistance, please contact your doctor or emergency services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Helura.
Users under 18 are not permitted unless parental/legal guardian consent is obtained in compliance with the law.
Helura does not knowingly collect or store information from users under the age of 18.
4. Account Registration and Management
To access Helura, you must:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Not register more than one account or share your subscription
If Helura believes that account information is false or that the service is misused, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Helura offers paid subscription services with monthly or annual billing cycles.
All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your device’s app store before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Free trials will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms’ terms and billing policies.
6. Use of Services
You agree to use Helura only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:
Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
Reverse-engineer or copy Helura’s content
Post offensive, discriminatory, or abusive material
Violate any third-party rights or intellectual property
Record or distribute Helura content without permission
We reserve the right to terminate access if the Acceptable Use Policy is violated.
7. Content Ownership and Use
Helura and its licensors own all rights to the content within the App, including:
Text, software, design, images, audio, and video
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Helura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content solely for your personal wellbeing.
You may not use any of Helura’s content or materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Infringement may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
8. User Contributions
If you submit reflections, journal entries, or feedback ("User Content") to Helura:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant Helura a royalty-free license to store, display, and use your content to provide services
You confirm your content is lawful and does not violate any third-party rights
Helura does not systematically review User Content but may remove content violating these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Availability of Services
Helura aims to offer uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee availability at all times. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
10. Use of Public Domain Content
This application includes curated content derived from historical sources that are in the public domain. Some of the historical figures referenced have been deceased for over 70 years, and the materials associated with them are believed to be outside the scope of copyright protection under applicable laws.
All such materials are provided solely for educational, informational, or reflective purposes. The app does not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the individuals referenced or their respective estates. Any references to historical figures are presented without implication of current representation, authorship, or approval.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer laws in your country of residence.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before initiating legal action, users are encouraged to contact Helura to resolve any complaints informally. Where permitted by law, any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration and not to a court.
You waive your right to participate in class actions unless otherwise prohibited by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Helura shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, goodwill, or data
Any claim exceeding the total subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
