Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, Helura will make every reasonable effort to promptly remove personal data from active systems.
2. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation
Charges
By using Helura, users agree to pay any applicable charges. Details about refunds and cancellations are provided at the point of purchase.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase. They automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Continued use after renewal indicates acceptance of charges.
Payment Failures
If a subscription payment fails, the payment processor may retry the transaction. Continued failures will lead to termination of the subscription and loss of access to the service.
Price Changes and Taxes
All subscription prices include VAT or applicable local sales tax. Helura may adjust prices with prior notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Users can cancel before the changes take effect if they disagree with new pricing.
Cancellation via Apple
Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be cancelled through Apple services. Visit Apple Support for instructions.
Cancellation via Google
Subscriptions purchased through Google must be cancelled through Google services. Visit Google Support for instructions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for the current subscription period. To avoid automatic renewal, cancel at least one day before the current period ends.
